AW22 ‘150 miles’
AW22 is a single garment called the ‘Windrow Vest.’
Its fabric is from a particular place and time. That place and time happens to be right here in New England and right now. In fact, every step of making this garment happened within 150 miles, and in the last two years.
The sheep grazed in our meadows. They felt the same sun & rain that we did. The fiber was spun directly from the lives of the people who live here. I sewed the vests here.
The ‘Windrow Vest’ is the story of my neighbors and our traditions.
