Our ‘Farm Team’ Jersey series explores the lineage of early ball clubs, which were often located in small, rural towns. Using the bold, playful imagery commonly seen on antique grain & seed bags, these jerseys are a direct riff on professional baseball uniforms and their prominent logo placement.

The ‘Trophy Seed’ Farm Team Jersey is a 1-of-1, featuring a medium weight 1940s cotton ‘Trophy’ seed sack. We chose to combine this textile with antique German linen, handwoven in the late 1800s by farming families to gift as part of their daughters’ dowry. Using these materials together felt especially right, not just for their similar weight and texture, but their shared agrarian roots, too.
